Representative Brice brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB
315(JUD) (page 2503).                                                          
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 315(JUD)                                                
"An Act relating to the unauthorized use of or unauthorized                   
interference with transmission and delivery of subscription cable              
services; and amending the definition of the offense of theft of               
services and the penalties for its violation."                                 
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
315(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of             
considering Amendment No. 2.
